Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect delivery.
In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

👉 Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • personalized or custom-made products

👉 For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a separate new order.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
